Grade A+ level enabling by getting her husband to pick up and deliver a pair of boots from their nearby store to Carmel for me to by before closing time (the day before I departed for home in Canada). I'm the lover and owner of many shoes and highly recommend this store - what a lovely shopping memory!”

The owner will be helpful but she is only one person and she will focus on that one person and can’t see there are other customers who have questions. So when we were there one time we were the one customer and we bought several things for our grandchildren. But ever since then we would just leave because she can only handle one customer at a time.”
“Honestly I'm not that big of a shopper anymore but love the vibe of this center. In particular how everything hovers around the main courtyard makes it quaint and inviting. I appreciate the various sitting areas for those who like to simply enjoy time and space but there are are plenty great shops around for those who love that part too. Wish there were more restaurants in this center but it's pretty small so I'm sure they have to divy up between dining/shopping/etc.”

“Excellent merchandise, even better customer service. The ladies here are so nice and have no problem guiding you to a different size or color. They know what makes you look your best and will tell you, even if it means missing a sale. These gals are about getting you pieces you'll keep for a long time and look fabulous wearing. I always come here when I'm in town. Highly recommend!”
