“One of my favorite shops in Carmel! We always stop by here when visiting. They have a plethora of cute nicknacks, hosting ware, kid stuff, and even some clothes. I'm usually drawn to the hosting items and charcuterie accompaniments, but have left here with a hat and a puzzle among other small items. While most of the items are on the pricier side, we can often find some cool stuff that isn't too expensive. Aside from the cute and fun items they sell, they also have free coffee and fresh baked cookies on their back patio. It's such a quaint and relaxing spot to stop and sip and snack before you continue your shopping. The employees working are always very friendly!”

“Loved it! I tried on a few things I would usually never have tried, but I'm on vacation so what the heck. It was a lot of fun and I ended up loving (and buying) almost everything I tried on. The salesperson was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and ready to answer questions. Just before I stopped in at Ms. Fabulous, I visited Girl Boy Girl. Dang, y'all. Some nice items, but waaaaaaaaaay out of my price range. Ms. Fabulous to the rescue! So glad I walked through the door.”

“Augustina’s is one of my favorite places to visit and shop. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and staff are terrific.
I live out of the country and visit Augustina’s whenever I come back, about twice a year. On my last visit, I bought a beautiful sweater. Unfortunately, it started to pill after wearing it just a few times. On my next visit (several months later), I brought the sweater in and pointed out the problem.
I wasn’t sure what could be done since it was long time between visits. But the owner immediately said to go get a new sweater. No questions asked! I was very grateful for her kindness and generosity.
I highly recommend this place! You will be treated so well. And they have gorgeous clothes and jewelry, one of a kind.”

“Excellent merchandise, even better customer service. The ladies here are so nice and have no problem guiding you to a different size or color. They know what makes you look your best and will tell you, even if it means missing a sale. These gals are about getting you pieces you'll keep for a long time and look fabulous wearing. “I have been coming to Foxy since before the pandemic, and since before, they moved to their new location. The new shop is well planned out and very well-stocked with a wide variety of interesting and fun designer items. I always feel welcome coming into the shop. I have an item that I ordered, but was running quite late and really wanted to pick it up today. I called the store and spoke with Susan. She agreed to stay late so that I could pick up my purchase since I live a couple hours away. The lovely white Prada sunglasses I picked up are perfect for summer and go well with an Hermès bag I also purchased. Foxy is a must stop for me whenever I am in Carmel-by-the-sea. A consignment shop that stays open after hours, just to accommodate a late arriving customer? Over the top service.”
“We visited this beautiful shop in search of a mother of the groom dress, and a grandmother of the groom dress.
We were treated with the same kindness, respect and attention, that a bride would. We truly appreciated that, as we know how important a bridal gown decision is, and the mother of the groom dress is secondary to that on the big day. But not at Epiphany, they don’t operate that way. All the dresses and customers are important.
I picked out some items to try, and then the lovely Vanessa, who was helping me, grabbed two she chose. I looked at them and my first thought was, “these aren’t me, I can’t wear these”. She told me to “try” them. I did, and dang, she was 100% right. I loved them both. Now what to do? Two great dresses! So, I bought them both. Next up was the alteration part, and Christine is amazing. She made me feel beautiful and comfortable and important. My dresses were sized to perfection, and I could not be happier with the entire experience.

“Sharleen has the most unique European selection of imported Italian, French and British flare denim with Swarovski crystal embellishments of "Super Cars." Bought a dress 4 years ago after seeing it in the window. A luxuriously effortless and beautiful knit. Wore it when visiting a friend 3 summers ago: LACMA and dining out. It's a shame the the previous Yelp is making a speculation without entering the store. Provocation was most likely enacted. Living near this store have witnessed: Ladies patiently waiting outside to go in, menacing commotion obstructing the entrance and even pounding on the glass door yelling insults when the salesperson inside wouldn't unlock the door. There are clearly 2 signs on the door to call a phone number to enter the store. I'm just sorry I procrastinated posting this review. It's long overdue.”
