Long & stressful story short, my roadside assistant told me its my AGM 12v battery. Not only did O'Reilly's have it in stock but they were willing to replace it for me, for free right there in the parking lot. Saved my entire day!! I'll only go here for all auto part needs. “Awesome experience. My new car had it's driver side doors damaged in an accident. Progressive Insurance accepted responsibility right away and referred me to my neighborhood Caliber Collision on Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael. I took the vehicle in for an estimate to replace the two doors and was given a reasonable price. The service writer, Liz was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She informed me that she would order my doors and call me when they became available. As soon as the doors arrived within two weeks, she called with a time to drop off my vehicle and also had a rental car reserved for me paid by Progressive. She also had a driver for me to take me to the rental company. My vehicle was repaired, painted, and all sensors were calibrated in three business days! Thank you Caliber Collision for a stress free experience in a very stressful situation.”
