It took a while but he made sure that it was not leaving they're shop at 90% so I was totally fine with that so I would be satisfied 100%.”

“I am 64 years old and not very modern technology oriented but I did just buy Samsung Galaxy A23 5G which I love and want to know everything about it. I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain to me how everything works, let me use WiFi in the store to update software and I left very happy with this incredible service. Thank you Hakeem and Cricket.”

Monica was very kind, and her customer service is top tier! After not being able to order extra chairs online or in store, she figured out the issue the very next day. She even called me before I could check back in with her to inform me of the great news! She has made me feel at ease about this process and extremely happy about my purchase.
