“Nearly a month ago i accidentally shut my key fob in my trunk causing my car’s anti theft program to activate making it impossible to start my car. I tried all of the troubleshooting from online and nothing worked. The dealership wanted me to pay to tow it to them, for a diagnosis and then pay for the new key and programming. I called the Key Shop, explained my situation and Jake who got new fobs for my car ordered right away and worked with me to schedule a day or time for him to meet me at my car to reprogram my news keys. Car started right away like nothing ever happened. Jake and the Key Shop were friendly, efficient and their cost was extremely fair compared to what the dealership wanted. Would recommend them to anyone having any issue like mine or just needing a new key made. Thanks Jake!”

“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”

“The employees in this shop are so helpful and responsive. Even when very busy, you can hear how they are assisting and know when its your turn, you will get the same attention. I prefer to do all my mailings and shopping for postal needs at this shop. Thank you for the opportunity to say this. Lately, I have had a need to go to store managers and let them know how poor their service is. It's rough out in the economy; unpleasant staff makes it harder”

“This was my first time using this location and I have to say I’m very pleased. Jt was the one that helped me and she greeted me and answered all my questions efficiently. I did notice however that there was a man in the back being inconsiderately loud. Come to find out that was their manager. Not a great look for the store but with the excellent service from Jt I can’t quite complain.”

“Our office printer is acting up and although we ordered a new one it is not here yet. We have a trial tomorrow and needed several things printed in color as well as large poster sized boards. I didn't think of them until the last minute (day before) and they were able to assist me - and explain now I needed to make my documents to ensure that they were not pixelated when printed in a large format. Excellent service!”

“Regis has helped me like 3 times in the last month ship a bunch of random stuff. He was super helpful (the whole staff is) and I think they do a great job. Good staff, helpful and friendly, and let's be real, good pricing.
Also not everyone can pull off the round glasses (as a glasses wearer I've tried) but Regis looks like the guy Scotland yard calls when they can't solve a crime.
