“Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

We had a lot of items to ship - he eyeballed everything we had and picked out the right size box. Got everything in and printed and paid and we were out the door in a jiffy.”

“I have used AIM Mail Center on Del Paso Blvd. in Natomas for nearly 20 years. I have driven miles out of my way (passing dozens of mail center "poszers"), just to experience their customer service. You would be challenged finding help that matched the skills, knowledge and professionalism found in an AIM Mail Center employee. Their prices are so low, I often wonder how they keep the doors open. I would pay twice as much for half the service.”

“I've been to this specific UPS store three times since the start of the new year (2024) and every time I have been astonished at how smooth and well run it is! It's clearly NOT staffed at the level it should be, but the ladies who I have seen working here are fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Notary is nice and speedy. The amazon returns are a snap. And they are always nice and polite.”

“I needed a scan of my drivers license for a job application, and I don’t have a scanner that works so I came here! I don’t know the name of the worker who helped me, but he had some tattoos of musical notes on his arms. The copier in the lobby wasn’t working, so he scanned in my license and even checked to make sure that the scan had saved correctly! He was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back here.”

“I use this place a lot for my returns from amazon and other misc stuff. Today I have had a good amount of help from a few of the people that work there. Customer Services is always good. Sometimes I feel some of the guys don't wanna deal with certain things but I have seen what comes through that door and sometimes it can make you really tired and having to deal with the same thing over and over different people. :) ... Stay positive guys stay focused keep being the great team that you all have.”

Benny was really nice and professional! Please remember reviews are only left when nasty people get angrier and blame everyone else. A little kindness goes a long long way!”
