Ricky strengthened out my phone and helped me pick out a tablet then tried very hard to help me get my phone to make hands free out going calls in my truck. “I am 64 years old and not very modern technology oriented but I did just buy Samsung Galaxy A23 5G which I love and want to know everything about it. I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
