“I am 72 years old and I admit I am technically challenged. I was having some issues with my cell phone and went to this store Ricky was an absolute pleasure to deal with he's smart and very helpful. Ricky strengthened out my phone and helped me pick out a tablet then tried very hard to help me get my phone to make hands free out going calls in my truck. It's refreshing to do business with someone who truly shows they care and goes out of their way to give excellent customer service.I will be recommending Ricky and his store to anyone in need of a phone or service. Thank you Ricky I'm sure I will be visiting you again.?”
