“Doing an updated review for this particular store and location. I’m going to start off by saying to Make sure to check EVERYTHING. Including any “new” items the store will sell you needed for your equipment. The day we picked up our equipment and took it home, we didn’t realize that the bag for the electrical cord was open. When we came back to exchange it we were then told they would not accept it because it was open. Store employee went out of his way to put the blame on us saying we opened it and accusing me of doing so and then taping the bag up. (The bag is see thru we didn’t have to open it to notice that we needed a 3 prong instead of 4) . Point is the guy was basically making us out to be stupid, and liars. It’s a 40 dollar part not a big deal , but don’t accuse us of lying or trying to make us a fool. So make sure to check your everything before taking it home . They won’t take responsibility over there things .”

Chai was very friendly and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I really liked his 'no pressure' approach. “We came in looking for some slab for a desk, fell in love with a 3 - 4" thick piece of walnut that had warped a bit but they could salvage some for our 1.25" desk plan. Half down as a deposit, Made some drawings including how to process the drop, sent it off, and they started on it.Turns out the piece was still too wet in their opinion (therefore would continue to warp) and they began looking for another piece.We ran out of time for the project and they were understanding and happy to refund the project. Incredibly happy they could tell it was still too wet because I was already fretting if this desk would warp on me.I will 100% be coming back for wood when I can take on this project again!”

“I have owned five waterbeds in my lifetime. For many years had two set up in my home. In 1995, I moved and got rid of my furniture. Later, I moved and had to get a couple of regular mattresses. They were expensive. I actually got to check them out at the store. They were ordered and took a while to get. They were a disappointment and were like sleeping on the floor. They weren't good at replicating regular mattresses and it wasn't a discount store! For a few years I tried to find another waterbed, but it was impossible to find one. Finally, I found La Brie's Sleep Center in Citrus Heights/Sacramento. As soon as possible, I went down to La Brie's to check it out. Pete was amazing and his store had waterbeds set up on display! I wanted just a regular queen-size waterbed, and ordered a beautiful wood frame, regular waterbed, like a "model" that was on the floor. Meanwhile, Pete had ordered another display model and offered me the floor model for a very nice discount. I jumped on it because that meant I could have my bed immediately. I lived over an hour away, so I rented a van and came and got the bed. Now mind you, other than the first set up when my beds were new, I had always set up the beds myself, many times. This time though, I had trouble because of the tight space I was working in. Pete had offered to give me the name of an installer which I got at that time. The guy had surgery, so his son came and set it up within the week. They were as pleasant and professional as could be. They were filling the bed within a half hour. They offered to stay and finish up, but I let them go home. It was Friday! It cost a lot less than I had expected! Very reasonable! Totally pleased with their service. I absolutely love my waterbed! It's been a year since my purchase, and I could not have bought a more comfortable bed. It is easy to figure out the water level and heat setting if you haven't done it before. And you can always adjust a waterbed mattress, unlike a regular mattress. There are other types of waterbed mattresses, and I'm sure Pete can get those if that's what you prefer. I just like the regular mattresses. Pete knows everything there is about waterbeds and sells all the accessories. I asked him enough questions. The way other online companies described their waterbeds was confusing to me, and I was afraid to order anything. That's why it took me so long to make my purchase. It is better to come in person and see the beds.”

“I had been looking for an Italian sofa for a while but always hesitated to order till I found furnitalia. The reviews seem too good to be true.. so, I drove from hHayward to Sacramento to see the show room... It was amazing and not only did they have furniture, but they also do amazing remodeling. I bought the sofa in the picture attached which Dmitriy and Eugene delivered personally because they were going to also survey my kitchen for a potential remodel. I have to say that this is a small business and the service is amazing. Looking forward to doing more projects with them in my new house. I always regretted for not trying it out in person before buying it. At this store you will see many different massage chairs you can actually try out according to your taste, size ,budget, etc... I ended up purchasing one I really like with a great deal on discount. I now am using it every morning and evening. It is so good to my body and mind. Addictive it is. It seemed a little expensive in the beginning but I must say now that it is worth every penny. This has got to be one of the best investment I ever made. If you have self-care in mind, well fitting massage chair will elevate your experience to another level. Oh, did I mention about the salespeople? This family operated business people are one of the nicest people I ever met. They are very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. No high pressure at all.”

She has a great eye for color and she picked the perfect paint color for my bedroom which transformed the space! She has done two floor plans for me which are well worth the money because you can see how furniture pieces fit and buy things that are the right dimensions for your room. I don’t waste money (which I have done in the past!) buying furniture that is not the right size or color. “First, I have multiple chronic physical issues. I purchased an adjustable bed a few years ago, and it has been fantastic. Last fall I bought an office chair and a recliner. The office chair is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. The recliner which was being custom made did not arrive until this spring. Well, after sitting in the recliner a couple months, I realized a big issue. Given my many foot surgeries, my circulation has been compromised, and the recliner was very uncomfortable. I had to do something, and this was a very expensive chair I could not sit in. I went in to see Gill, and explained my issue. He had another recliner that he had me sit in for about 20 minutes to test. It was very comfortable. Gill agreed to swap the recliner at no extra charge. Truly, fabulous customer service in which I am grateful! I recommend the Ultimate Back Store as they have many options for chronic back issues, and most importantly 5 star customer service!
