Great communication and everything was done upfront with no surprises. He gave me updates as he picked up the car, was driving, and when he would deliver, which made it easy for me to plan the pick up and be here to accept my car. “A different mover flaked me after agreeing to arrive at 8am on Friday. No show, no response to voicemail or text. I called Tetris Masters Moving and Manuel let me know he could have 2 men out to move a sauna from Mather to Folsom within an hour.
They showed up on short notice just as Manuel said and within not much more than an hour they were done with the job, start to finish. Both of the guys were personable, professional, and efficient. Real pros.
I will be using TMM moving forward and will recommend my friends and family to do the same.
