“I'm giving 4 stars because the customer service has been fantastic. The place is a bit run down and there seem to be quite a few abandoned vehicles in the yard. It looks fairly secure and it's pretty far from any foot traffic which is nice.”

“I utilized Allied Movers 14yr ago and remembered how professional they were and how well the assisted with my move logistically which is why I called on them again for a coastal move. Unfortunately the mover who actually loaded my furniture not only added over $200 to the bill the office did not provide resolution. Instead I received a call from Gregg stating the entire bill had to be paid prior to delivery which does not leave one with the feeling that you’re dealing with a reputable moving partner. Drew the sales rep was a good first impression. Gregg, didn’t assemble what he disassembled but tried to have me sign all paperwork before completion and the. Gregg got angry when I forced the issue of them needing to assemble what he disassembled and packed, resulting in him saying he needs to get paid. Clearly there’s a disconnect between what the sales rep communicates and the actual mover which ultimately is on Allied and not their local partners and the hope is they address this as it ultimately leaves an unfavorable impression of allied since no once calls the driver to arrange moving services.
They did great with the pickup and communication on the drop off.”
