“Travis is the man! Customer service at Alhambra is always great, and today I extra appreciated being able to borrow a sharpie to fill out my parcel envelope w/out needing to buy one or use tape. He reminded me to show a QR code if provided one so I don’t have to print a label on paper at home. It’s the little kindnesses, and Alhambra is always a pleasant USPS experience.”

“It's a very small post office so I understand that sometimes there is a line. The ladies are working as fast as they can. The negative reviews are disappointing. I suggest don't not to expect the workers to entertain you while taking care of your postage when there is a line of people.”

I REALLY appreciated them and this location for our passport service, I was worried about making a mistake or missing a copy of something and to my surprise they had everything to get you in and out as long as you bring all your needed paperwork. Great job, USPS!”

“If you need a less stressful post office to go to this will it. The workers are friendly and respectful, but there has been some mail that I have sent had gone somewhere and then direct back to the correct address which makes me upset. They need to monitor people who are scanning our mail, so it won’t deliver to the wrong address. Anyway, this is the only post office in my area that is close by to open on Saturday.”

“I think it's just a normal post office.There are two post offices in Roseville, one of them.I have stocked up on the minimum amount of Forever postage stamps I need.I rarely go to the post office, but I think it's a very normal response.The only regret is that airmail is the only option for sending parcels overseas.Previously, there was sea shipping.Shipping costs are vastly different.I think it depends on the country we are sending it to.Well, this isn't the post office's responsibility.The parking lot is spacious and I have never had any problems parking.It will depend on the time though. It's a very ordinary post office.”
“Honestly this location works and haven’t encountered any major issues in the past few years, but there are a few hiccups:* Lines get to get long so come at non peak times* Use the self service machine whenever you can so you don’t have to wait for the line* if you are shipping packages like most people waiting in line: print your own labels using pirate ship at home to ship packages and avoid the wait!* I used to worry about my dropped off prepaid package getting stolen but now there is a secured drop off bin in the lobby. Very handy* if you are one of the special people sending registered or certified （had to do that sometimes myself) than I feel very bad for you than you need to wait!”

This is my third time coming here, every time the same excellent service, short wait times, and satisfaction with getting one more thing checked off my to-do list without spending all day on it. I’m nearly 70 years old and I can tell you I recognize great customer service when I receive it. I recognize poor customer service when I receive it as well, however I think it’s important to point out when a person exceeds expectations.
Kiele has the innate ability to exceed expectations She does it with a smile on her face and with a positive mental attitude. Her desire to do the right thing is obvious.
As I said, if you get lucky, this young lady will be on duty unavailable for your mailing requirements.”

“I had a PO Box here at the Arden Way Post Office for over 30 years. I saw all the changes in this office from a very busy post office with chairs and waiting for your number call a long time ago. They don't do that anymore! The Arden Way Post Office is much quieter now compared to the old days.The employees at the windows are nice now. Of course, don’t expect them to like private companies. But much better than before. I think the job load is lighter than in the old days.My PO Box is the most reliable way to get my mail. Better than those mails sent to my house.”
“I’m only given five stars so it can show on top. The mailman has been stealing my mail since March 21I just left the post office and they gave me mail from June which was three pieces of mail my debit card and my two gift cards from AT&T are still missing and they just give me a phone number I informed them that my cousin found mail on the floor by the broken mailbox that I told the mailman was broken in March and still has not been fixed. AT&T is refusing to replace my gift cards because they don’t believe the issue so now this mailman is able to leave mail wherever he please Whenever he please, and still has a job, I will be contacting a lawyer”
“I have been using the location at Fulton Ave. for at least 8 years because of an Ebay business I use. I have often been assisted during these 8 years by an African American lady who usually has long well fashioned fingernails. I write this review because I've read many negative reviews about her which I don't understand. My experience over the years with her has been %100 positive. She has spent much time answering questions and offering advice which has been extremely helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I've enjoyed at this location.”
