“A visit to the Post Office in North Highlands may not sound like the highlight of the day, but it was pleasantly efficient. The clerk handled my slightly oversized package with complete calm, as if shipping oddly shaped boxes was the most normal thing in the world. Within minutes the package was labeled and on its journey.”

“All the staff members I've had the pleasure of interacting with have been friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. Highly recommend going in the morning versus the afternoon there's a lot more traffic at that time. Always check the times before you head to the post office. I have shown up to the post office being closed before.”
“The 48th & J post office may be small with a small parking lot but the customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I drive out of my way to this location.”
“Hours for sales counter/lobby are 8:30am-5pm M-F. PO Box area hours are open longer 6am-10pm everyday. Parking lot is one-way, with the entrance on the west side of the parking lot.”
“Don't put much stock in the negative reviews. I go here all the time (I have a PO box). Most of the employees I've encountered at this location are the very type of dedicated, helpful USPS folks you're always hoping are the ones you get when you need to mail that IRS tax return at 5:01 PM on April 15.”

“The best part of the Post Office in Rancho Cordova is that nothing unusual happens there. The staff calmly processes packages, the line moves at a steady pace, and everything functions exactly as expected. In a world full of unpredictable things, that kind of consistency is surprisingly refreshing.”
“I drive the extra miles to go to Elk Grove Post Office. There’s plenty of staff very short time of waiting and pleasant staff employees.! The Post Office on Elk Grove Florin Rd most of the time only has one staff employee with a long line of people! It’s hard for me to stand there that long I have vertigo I wish they could hire more staff ! I will have to say once I get up to the counter they’re always very nice!”

“I have been using the location at Fulton Ave. for at least 8 years because of an Ebay business I use. I have often been assisted during these 8 years by an African American lady who usually has long well fashioned fingernails. I write this review because I've read many negative reviews about her which I don't understand. My experience over the years with her has been %100 positive. She has spent much time answering questions and offering advice which has been extremely helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I've enjoyed at this location.”

“I soon found that none of that changed how it went. If you are looking to patron the pickup window just be prepared to be overlooked, ignored, or for them to be immediately annoyed of you if you were redirected to the window from the main counter.”
