“This is the best antique and vintage store in the greater Sacramento area. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is filled with beautiful merchandise. When you walk in, it’s like you are walking into someone’s special home. Not like those other stores that have cubbyholes all in a row. The layout of this store is fabulous. Love this store!!”

The ladies there will give you the help you want in a friendly and efficient manner. These ladies are as good or better than a very high end store like Nordstrom, and they are volunteers! “This is a hit or miss kind of place. Sometimes you find wonderful stuff, and sometimes it's overpriced crap. But.. they sell makeup! I Love buying high-end makeup here and always pick up some for my daughter in law's stockings. The workers here are super nice. Worth a stop!”
“I recently visited Upscale Consignment Furniture on Auburn Blvd and had a really good experience. The store has a nice selection of clean, well kept furniture, and everything looked organized and easy to browse. I appreciated that the pieces didn’t feel worn out like you sometimes see in consignment shops.
Customer service was also very good. The owner was friendly, attentive, and willing to answer questions. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I would definitely stop by again if I’m looking for quality furniture at a good value.”

“Love this place. The clothing choices are phenomenal. Plenty of everything you can think of to wear is there. The store I would say is 70% clothing. They just have rows and rows and rows of clothing! Some things have stains of course but you can find some good things there if you take your time and really look. Great sales also. Friendly staff as well. They have women's men's and children's clothing. They also have a pretty good shoe selection. And the parking lot is huge so you don't have to worry about parking.”

I do have to rave about a young man that works there though...I wish I would've gotten his name but he was absolutely amazing. I (embarrassingly) had to use a couple of different payments for my purchase and I also had changed my mind on amounts a couple of times (I swear I'm not one of those customers ??). “This place is a gem. Sometimes they dont rotate the bins for a long while but 1 employee always does his best to put out the bins in a timely manner. Terry is a nice hard working guy, I always see him doing his job with a smile which is rare now a days. I don't know who reads reviews but Terry if you see this, your a special human. “Passed by here earlier this afternoon. I came here to sell a Levi's black leather jacket that I bought on Amazon three years ago in 2022. It was $200 when I purchased it online three years ago. I sold this leather jacket because it was too heavy, and I had another jacket at home. This is My first time selling at Crossroads Trading. The service was good. I received an offer that was 10% off the original price of the leather jacket which was $16.80 in cash.”

Came in today and saw a pair of Jordan 4’s, the team was friendly and patient with me and even allowed me to analyze the shoes closer. “I've been here a handful of times and all the employees I've interacted with are very nice and personable. They take stuff Crossroads does not which is excellent. In fact I prefer to come here over there. (It doesn't hurt that Trader Joe's is nextdoor either) I'm usually bringing stuff here I couldn't sell myself and just want to get rid of, so I don't mind about the price that much but I feel like I've always come away with about what I expected.
I've never shopped here so I can't say much about pricing for purchase but the store is pretty big and looks packed with merchandise. You can either get a check or a store gift card if you sell to them.”
