They get four stars because I witnessed this clerk at the front be consistently kind and helpful even when dealing with aggravated customers. Kind and patient customer service go a long way.I do hope they can overcome the real challenges that others are reporting though so that people can see what a wonderful team they have here.”

And very accessible.The young man who works there is so nice and helpful.I had no problems getting all my packages via General Delivery in reasonable time during the month I was staying there.Once or twice I had to wait an extra day because they close at a strange time, but they were just redelivered the next day so no big deal.”
