Until recently they have a new member of staff who is incredibly rude, unhelpful and dismissive. The person does not even acknowledge you when you walk in the store just continues about what they were doing as if you were not even there.”

“10/10 stars. I had a heck of a time trying to ship 5 large boxes to Canada on my own - after 20 days of being held up in Customs in Vancouver and then RETURNED to me, I reached out to the Office Boss to see if anyone could help me. Carrie from the location by the airport responded to my email quickly and offered to help if I brought them in. When I arrived at the Office Boss, an employee saw me struggling with the boxes and came out right away to carry them all in (weighing more than 150 pounds combined). Carrie was just as wonderful in person as over email, and she patiently walked me through the steps in her system to get everything properly coded and labeled. It was a long process, but she worked quickly and efficiently, and I just got word from Fedex today that the packages all made it to their destination as promised. I highly recommend the Office Boss by the airport and especially Carrie!”

“All of the folks who work here are lovely and helpful. Kristin really knocked my socks off today with her deligence in finding my package. It’s a Saturday, and they’re chronically understaffed and consequently swimming in packages. She went above and beyond by taking down my phone number and calling me hours later after finding our parcel. Kristin saved the day by getting us the needed supplies for our construction project. So grateful.”
