“10/10 stars. I had a heck of a time trying to ship 5 large boxes to Canada on my own - after 20 days of being held up in Customs in Vancouver and then RETURNED to me, I reached out to the Office Boss to see if anyone could help me. Carrie from the location by the airport responded to my email quickly and offered to help if I brought them in. When I arrived at the Office Boss, an employee saw me struggling with the boxes and came out right away to carry them all in (weighing more than 150 pounds combined). Carrie was just as wonderful in person as over email, and she patiently walked me through the steps in her system to get everything properly coded and labeled. It was a long process, but she worked quickly and efficiently, and I just got word from Fedex today that the packages all made it to their destination as promised. I highly recommend the Office Boss by the airport and especially Carrie!”

“We've had much better experiences at this post office than any other where we've had PO boxes in recent years. It's a very small office and, as an example of good service, Ricardo seems to take extra effort to try to find the right recipient when a sender hadn't addressed something correctly. He brought me a package once and asked "Is this yours?" It had my name but the wrong POB# and it was indeed mine. I was so appreciative that he had set it aside and remembered to ask me when I came in!
Experiences we've had at other POs haven't always been so good. They included correctly addressed mail going into someone else's box and not reaching us for over a month, a package addressed exactly like the USPS employee had instructed to be absolutely sure it would be delivered to us there instead being rejected by them (why it was rejected I could never determine) and sent back, and - this was nuts - after we put in a change of address form, we realized a couple months later that only the machine-addressed mail was being forwarded to us. All of the hand-addressed mail was still going into our no longer checked box.
After about eight years of having a box in Tahoe Vista, we can't recall ANY mistakes that were made in handling our mail. They seem to pay attention to their work and actually care about their customers. We trust them. Five stars for sure!”

It’s a Saturday, and they’re chronically understaffed and consequently swimming in packages. She went above and beyond by taking down my phone number and calling me hours later after finding our parcel. Kristin saved the day by getting us the needed supplies for our construction project. “These guys try their best with the volume. People don't realize living remote our post office gets triple volume plus because we have no stores. Everything is shipped to usGive them some credit. My mail man is out here in the snow til midnight doing the best he can. They are always efficient and my packages always arrive with care.”
