“It was an hour walk and the crimping tool we'd discussed by phone and the clamps were both there as promised. He opened the tool up and we both realized based on a photo of our RV plumbing the tool was too big. He suggested two plumbing supply firms that are closer if I indeed needed this tool and they'd probably have a smaller model. I went back for chalk and other than having to figure out what type to use since the clerk was unfamiliar with them it is a good store. I have an extra tube and the return should go well.”
