I went in to the branch to get assistance with a maturing CD that I was having difficulty getting assistance with over the phone. Her professional knowledge allowed me to immediately speak with the correct person to resolve the issue. My loyalty towards CCU was renewed because of her efforts. I felt it was necessary to acknowledge the outstanding customer service that she provided. It was a breath of fresh air.”

“I usually go to Chase Bank to usethe ATM machine because I don'tlike to wait inside of the bank.Using ATM machines is convenient.I can deposit money or make creditcard payment on the ATM machine.One night, I went inside of the bankto get some cash from the ATM machine, and I needed to pay the credit card payment. Since I had a Chase bank account, I used the Chase Bank card to enter the bank.I knew that it wouldn't be safe to withdraw cash at night. I was withmy dog, who was my bodyguard.Anyway, suddenly, I saw a man whocame inside of the bank. And I waspretty nervous when he was standingnext to me.My dog seemed to be very cautious toward the man. After that, the man stayed for a while, and he left the bank. I was really scared of the situation. Next time, I wouldn't go tothe ATM at night time. My dog was very protective of me.I liked to use the ATM machine, but from now on, I would not go to the bank at night.”
