“In Carson store and I was assisted by Evelin. Please give her a raise and know that she is a very valuable employee. The store was busy yet she immediately spotted me and asked what brought me in. My issue was a weird unwarranted App that was on my phone and was interfering with Apps that I need and use to make my day/world great. Not only did she delete that menace but she took the time to go thru my phone and delete other apps that were unnecessary and/or interfering with my phone's best features and designated Apps. She maintained a professional demeanor and was personable and made me feel like a valued customer.”
