“Amazing customer service. My phone was stolen a week ago, and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to recover the phone number. I have a prepaid service with Simple Mobile, and I was worried because I’ve had the same number for many years, and it’s tied to all of my important accounts online. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. I am so grateful. He was able to speak to the prepaid company on my behalf, and transfer the number to a new chip which I then inserted into another old temporary iPhone in the meantime. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this cell phone store. They have many services and plans, and the service definitely is 5 stars. God bless you. Gracias. “John, the owner is a very sharp and helpful man. After I spent many hours with boost trying to get my new phone SIM card transfer working. I went to John and he had a selection of SIM cards as well as he was able to look up the proper application. It was only $30 for the SIM card and professional service. When I called local boost mobile stores they wanted $75 to do the same.”
“The representative who was there by herself took her time to connect the Bluetooth which I bought. Initially the Bluetooth wasn't connecting for whatever reason. She used another one and it connected immediately. I'm truly happy she persisted to get it right and sent me on my way with a functioning gadget. Quite grateful for her resourcefulness and professionalism.”
