All these reviews took the words right out my mouth. Ms.Keyes is unnecessary rude. She tries to play it off by being fake nice but after she yells at you loudly in this tiny office. Glad they have that automated machine in this office so she can retire soon. Good riddance

I came to drop off my parcels and a rude black lady with a horrible wig yelled at for no reason. I was treated like I was a wanted criminal. One of the craziest experiences I’ve ever had in a store.

I don’t know why this attitude maniac of a lady is still working there! Very rude and no customer service at all. She deserves to get FIRED ASAP! This is RIDICULOUS
