“This location works really well for me since it's in the area. Ive been many times but only needed assistance a few trips and was helped out, maybe not with smiles on their faces, but got done what needed. The self service kiosk when working is a treat soI don't have to stand in line, 1-2 times the kiosk was not operational which led to a headache. It pays to learn how USPS works and saves a ton on shipping if you just buy postage and print labels from home.On the other hand, the mail carriers from this location that deliver to my door have been outstanding and always courteous when I thank them for my mail. It's a tough job that couldn't or wouldn't want to do, so them doing their job is much appreciated.”
“For when I was there, it was very clean and efficient with friendly staff. I have had so many horrible post office experiences across the country before so I felt I needed to leave a good review after actually being treated like a human at one for once.”
“I’ve been to this USPS a handful of times, and the staff has always been very nice and helpful. Like any USPS, there’s often a line, but twice while I’ve been in here one staff member has come out to answer any questions from the line, which really expedites the process. “Best service I’ve ever experienced at a USPS. Just keep in mind their hours and that they close for a lunch break from 1-2. I’ve never experienced a long line and the clerk is always super friendly and personable. They also scan packages unlike some other USPS locations for accurate and faster tracking.”
“Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable.
Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”
“The woman I just got helped by was the nicest post person ever. Normally they are a bit rude I find, or just not rude, but a bit grumpy, but this lady was so, so nice and friendly. For her boss, she was working at noon on sat 26th July 2025, African American lady with shoulder length curly hair. She was lovely. It was my first time at this post office.”
“I have had a mailbox here for many years. The owner, Christina and or her sister are always on the premises during business hours. They are very helpful and courteous.”
“I had to mail a couple of gift items and I didn't have a box or labeling ready and the lady at the counter was professional and helped me navigate the packaging options. Once I got my packaging from the shelf and went up a second time I was helped by a second lady who was professional and helpful.
I also got a PO box here and the guy behind the counter was able to set me up without issue. I had a question about how the street address po box was different from a traditional PO box and he wasn't the best at explaining the difference but I was being dense and in retrospect the difference is quite obvious. He wasn't rude he just had trouble explaining it in simple terms at the time, something I can't fault him for given how painfully obvious it is in retrospect.”

“While the hours are less than to be desired at this local annex to the larger Post Office this makes up for in its lovely and helpful employees. Most associate the post office with stress. This is not that location. It’s all about how they can help and they are always professional and very friendly. High fives all around although I wish they had abbreviated Saturday hours to avoid the Sepulveda location which is poorly located with so much traffic.”
“My experience here has been a lot more pleasant recently. The current staff members are a lot kinder and friendlier. One employee is particular is often cheerful which I love and now feel comfortable going to my local post office without having to interact with rude staff.”

“On my way to my evening class, I stopped by this USPS around 4:30 PM to send a package for the first time. I was second in line—nothing too busy. Since I’d never mailed a package before, I wasn’t sure what to do, but Mr. Chheng was incredibly kind and walked me through each step. He even lent me a pen, taped up my tag, and took the time to double-check my addresses—catching a mistake I hadn’t noticed and kindly fixing it. He seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the experience that much better. I’m really grateful for such a pleasant and helpful interaction!”

As a walk-in, without an appointment, I appreciate the patience of the USPS employee. She does require support with the queue as there are many walk-ins plus those with an appointment.
I’ve giving a five star as the individual helping me was amazing, she made me laugh and all - made me feel as if I wasn’t at the USPS office.”

“This post office is a little hidden if you are not familiar with Harbor City, CA. There is very few customers no matter the time of day I go here. Staff are friendly and eager to help, unlike some other post offices I've been to in the Southbay. Ample street parking and in the parking lot. There are 2 drop boxes outside the building that you could easily drive up to. I love that I get and out pretty swiftly.”
“This was the second USPS I visited to deliver an Operation Santa gift. The first office I visited wasn't trained nor knowledgeable of the service I was explaining. “This post office always been good to me, I always come here to drop off my packages, I have seen the bad reviews but it hasn't happen to me. Yes there's always 2 person working or 1 person, if theirs only 1 person working , sometime she is helping the other customer with their passport because they added the services for you can get your passport at this post office location. So it's more work for the 2 ladies, what I recommend to those who come to this postoffice, come early, don't come In when it's busy because when it's busy your going to be waiting in line until its your turn if this is your closes post office, just be patient :D I will update my post if anything happens”
