“This location works really well for me since it's in the area. Ive been many times but only needed assistance a few trips and was helped out, maybe not with smiles on their faces, but got done what needed. The self service kiosk when working is a treat soI don't have to stand in line, 1-2 times the kiosk was not operational which led to a headache. It pays to learn how USPS works and saves a ton on shipping if you just buy postage and print labels from home.On the other hand, the mail carriers from this location that deliver to my door have been outstanding and always courteous when I thank them for my mail. It's a tough job that couldn't or wouldn't want to do, so them doing their job is much appreciated.”

“Best service I’ve ever experienced at a USPS. Just keep in mind their hours and that they close for a lunch break from 1-2. I’ve never experienced a long line and the clerk is always super friendly and personable. They also scan packages unlike some other USPS locations for accurate and faster tracking.”
“Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable.
Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”

“While the hours are less than to be desired at this local annex to the larger Post Office this makes up for in its lovely and helpful employees. Most associate the post office with stress. This is not that location. It’s all about how they can help and they are always professional and very friendly. High fives all around although I wish they had abbreviated Saturday hours to avoid the Sepulveda location which is poorly located with so much traffic.”

“My experience here has been a lot more pleasant recently. The current staff members are a lot kinder and friendlier. One employee is particular is often cheerful which I love and now feel comfortable going to my local post office without having to interact with rude staff.”
“The woman I just got helped by was the nicest post person ever. Normally they are a bit rude I find, or just not rude, but a bit grumpy, but this lady was so, so nice and friendly. For her boss, she was working at noon on sat 26th July 2025, African American lady with shoulder length curly hair. She was lovely. It was my first time at this post office.”
“This post office is a little hidden if you are not familiar with Harbor City, CA. There is very few customers no matter the time of day I go here. Staff are friendly and eager to help, unlike some other post offices I've been to in the Southbay. Ample street parking and in the parking lot. There are 2 drop boxes outside the building that you could easily drive up to. I love that I get and out pretty swiftly.”
“This isn't my closest post office, but it's the one capable of handling larger shipments so I have to use this location often. A lot of times when I visit any postpost office, the clerk is never in the greatest mood, but there's one lady at this location that is an exception. She is a younger lady (clerk #55?) and I'll let customers bypass me in line just to be able to wait for her to assist me as she is so kind and helpful. She makes the experience a very pleasant one because of her outstanding customer service. I hope the manager at this location reads this and knows that this young lady is always there to help customers with a smile, and we truly appreciate it very much.”

“I had a very good experience today at USPS in Gardena I had two packages to send.
One package already had a label, and one did not. The line was about seven people, but the staff helped me. They told me I could leave the package with the label at a special window, and for the other package I used the self-service machine. It was very easy and fast, and I finished everything in about one and a half minutes. They also have envelopes, boxes, and postcards there. I am happy with this place. The staff was nice and helpful. I recommend this USPS location.”
“I had a positive experience replacing my lost passport. The woman completing the process for me was so kind and polite.
As a walk-in, without an appointment, I appreciate the patience of the USPS employee. She does require support with the queue as there are many walk-ins plus those with an appointment.
I’ve giving a five star as the individual helping me was amazing, she made me laugh and all - made me feel as if I wasn’t at the USPS office.”

“I forgot the young ladies name, but she had beautiful braids and a beautiful pleasant smile. She helped find the postage I needed to put a tracing on something I was sending. This post is very calm and quiet. The staff is also pleasant. I do not mind standing in line. the post office is very clean. Cleanliness is very important to me.”

“Like other reviewer said, there was only one lady working at the time I arrived, so expect a long wait time (30+ min). It was difficult to hear what she was saying because other people waiting in line were talking on their phone and it ECHOES so loud. She helped me out with my international shipping and my package is promptly being processed. The reason I took off one star is due to a long wait time, lack of staffs, and difficulty to hear what the staff is saying. Maybe a microphone like the ones in movie theaters' front office might improve the process.”

“This post office always been good to me, I always come here to drop off my packages, I have seen the bad reviews but it hasn't happen to me. Yes there's always 2 person working or 1 person, if theirs only 1 person working , sometime she is helping the other customer with their passport because they added the services for you can get your passport at this post office location. So it's more work for the 2 ladies, what I recommend to those who come to this postoffice, come early, don't come In when it's busy because when it's busy your going to be waiting in line until its your turn if this is your closes post office, just be patient :D I will update my post if anything happens”

“I'm not sure if the person I spoke to was Ms. Keys I forgot to ask the name, but she was super experienced. She's an African American woman and had red dye in her hair. The gentleman infront of me did his first money order and she was super patient and explained everything to him really politely. Then she helped me change my address and was really helpful in explaining what to do. Her manners were also very polite, so maybe I got lucky but this customer service was the best I've ever had at a post office.”
