This 7-ELEVEN has Amazon pick up boxes and Gas station in it and it's in a good location the lake is right next to it and on the other side of the street is McDonald's and Wendy's and a subway all on the same block. So there's a lot to choose from in the area.

Easy on and off. Gas pumps. Clean restrooms. Friendly guy at the counter. Very hot coffee strong enough to curl (or uncurl...whatever) your shorthairs.

Stopped to get a few snacks and use the restroom. The toilet was immaculately clean.
