Brian always comes through with solutions in a timely fashion. The rest of his staff are also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very surprised at the holiday section aka clearance area was NOT in disarray or a mess but everything was tidy and organized.The store appeared to be well stocked, the parking lot felt safe. It's always female employees, I believe the franchise is female owned so a bonus but they are also so nice and appreciative of your business. I was having issues with my tv and David originally came out last Friday. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part that had to be replaced and came back today with Spencer. These men did a great job!!! Fixed the issue quickly and worked clean. And they were great company while they were working. This is the service every company should expect from their team.
