“My second trip to this store and once again they help me out when several other locations closer to my home failed me. Kyle and Fred not only gave accurate parts but also great customer service. Wasted several days of my time n gas at jackson st and Tennyson locations in hayward to be lied to and treated rudely. Those two stores showed inventory in their system that they did not have and they still did not correct their inventory. Those stores do not answer the phone, did not greet me when walking in and did not know what they were talking about without using a computer, also the jackson st location gave me the wrong rtv sealant and left me standing at a register while checking out every single other customer who got there after me. I highly recommend this location in Castro Valley great all the way around like night n day compared to other locations thank you crew here in castro valley!”

“Fix Auto in Castro Valley, CA was great to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We needed a fender repaired and they did an excellent job. It had to be painted and the paint matched perfectly. They finished the job on time and kept us informed throughout the process. The car was beautiful inside and out when we picked it up. My husband was very happy and so was I. I can recommend them whole heartedly. Hopefully we won't need them again too soon, but when we do they are definitely our go to place.”
