“My 1998 4Runner rear lift gate was stuck and the latch could not operate. Jose examined and after a few hard pushes the latch worked. He even showed me where the problem is due to the loosen rubber seal and put it back. Guess what is the cost to fix this… a big friendly handshake.

“I had damaged my car the day before and my car is my pride and joy so I was very upset and I called first thing in the morning and they told me to come in right away and the very next day they gave me a detailed estimate and they worked with my insurance company and all in all the experience was great The repair is scheduled for this coming week so I'll let you know later how that goes. Every single person there was very nice and cooperative except for one man in the gated area if you're facing the place it's to the left He's quite rude and told me to move my car immediately and I still like his attitude I thought it sucked”

“I scratched my hood up something awful trying to get a bunch of bird poop off of it, and thought I'd be looking at a respray or something in the 4 figures to make it look halfway decent again. Luckily I found Bay Colors online - called up Tri and he said to just come by and they would see if it was something they could take care of right then and there. Flash forward to 30 minutes later and all the scratches were buffed right out by the guys at the shop. Charged me a very fair price to boot. Great experience and would easily go back for any other body work.”

You can’t even tell there was a dent or damage and the vehicles look like new. He’s very punctual and does excellent work and is very quick to finish a project. “I had gotten into an accident a few days prior and brought my car in around 12pm and front two tires were busted, bumper was hanging off, suspension damage, alignment, and left mirror were all needed to be fixed and I came in thinking I wouldn't have my car for at least a week until it was fixed. But I dropped it off talked to the guys at the front and said they could get me in and out of there by end of the day and gave me a fantastic price only charging me $950 for all the repairs, even with the rush of finding all the parts it needed. Definitely coming back again for future work as I got my car that same evening around 5pm with every issue fixed.”
“I had a great experience taking my car here after an accident. They were a preferred vendor through my auto insurance carrier and I called immediately after my accident, Robert invited me to come by immediately to do an estimate. It took him about 15/20 minutes to get it complete and once I confirmed with the ins carrier I wanted to schedule with Symmons they were able to get my car in the following week and it only took a week to repair the damages. I appreciate the great work and excellent service experience with Robert. I believe the prices were very fair as I did compare their estimate with 2 other shops and they were offering the best price. Gus quickly and professionally helped us fix our brakes, suspension, tire sensors, and other smaller issues. The final cost was a fraction of the other company's quote! His professional communication was outstanding, explaining our options clearly and making us feel completely comfortable.
We were originally considering selling our car, but Gus reassured us that our 2013 Camry was in great shape and just needed replacement of worn-out parts. Now, we are so pleased, they not only fixed the problems but made our car look and feel new.

“Fix Auto in Castro Valley, CA was great to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We needed a fender repaired and they did an excellent job. It had to be painted and the paint matched perfectly. They finished the job on time and kept us informed throughout the process. The car was beautiful inside and out when we picked it up.
