“Found a specific gunpla I've been looking for (Epyon MG), as well as some 30MM and even a couple Zoids.
The staff member Joe was extremely friendly and beyond patient and helpful as I asked A LOT of questions on panel lining, painting, and tools. He was knowledgeable, honest, and didn't try to upsell me, but instead gave me just the facts and explained where I would get the most value and benefit.
I can get pretty overwhelmed and anxious so the quiet atmosphere made me feel very comfortable to take my time browsing and making my choices.

“I’ve had mostly positive experiences at this store and generally enjoy shopping here.
My only concern during a recent visit was an interaction with the ASM, Janipher. While shopping for fabric, I felt I was given a difficult time and was overcharged on yardage by rounding up to a higher price point when there were not full yards left on the bolt.
I understand that retail can be stressful and staff shortages happen—I’ve been there myself—but I don’t believe that should result in inaccurate charging. I regret not speaking up in the moment, but I hope this can be taken as a learning opportunity to ensure customers are charged appropriately, even during busy or stressful times.
Thankfully Ginger is an MVP and truly kindhearted. She among other team members make this store really pleasant to be at after a long day. She’s been informative, positive mindset, honest and easy to talk with, and getting my fabrics cut here makes my day!

“After my popcorn excursion I decided to stay out a bit and go to Michael's, enjoy the fresh air. I've been watching Bob Ross lately. I find him to be very calming. He's inspired me to tap into my artistic side. I did not purchase anything. I just perused the art section and beading section to get an idea of what I want to start with. Anytime I had a question there was a staff member nearby available to answer my question. Pricing varies by the level of quality you are seeking. Eager to get into my new hobby.”

“I'm sure this place has been booming ever since the closing of Joanne's. I went in one weekday afternoon to grab supplies. I wound up looking around for so long, that I had to ask .. I then was pointed in the right direction by a young gentleman by the name of Jason (I think) and he did more than just point me in the right direction, we walked me over there and also assisted me in checking out. He physically scanned each item in the self-help check out line, bagged, and mostly helped me with everything. What service and a hard working, kind, young gentleman. Thank you Sir!!”
