“I was told about this location by a neighbor after someone had taken off my driver's side door mirror on the outside they didn't stick around to see who they were anything they just left the mirror hanging there so I knew if I went to the insurance it would be a $100 deductible and my neighbor said oh you've got to try this wonderful place where I take my car and so I drove by there and they were so nice they just took $100 deposit and then they will do the work and got the get the part and everything in for another 2:50 so I won't have to report anything to the insurance company they're so nice and really are interested in the customer I mean they just jumped in and even found a temporary way to put my mirror on so I'm very very happy to have learned of this business”

“Over the years our 2007 Vibe suffered more than it probably needed to: lots of dents and dings (by us and others) a damaged rear bumper, scraped up rear view mirror cover, partially broken plastic compound tail light cover - the list goes on.

We had some money saved and decided she needed a makeover and Platinum came highly recommended from our mechanic.

Cassie was amazing, getting us set up and giving an estimate well within budget and somehow she managed to find a new bumper and tail light cover for an 18 year old car whose parts were long out of stock from conventional sources.

Juan and the team were amazing, and when they weren't satisfied the paint was absolutely perfect (this Vibe is a completely unique blue no one has ever seen) they kept her an extra couple of days to fix it - and gave us a discount from our estimate. A lot of extras were given without charge as well like cleaning out the foggy head lights and detailing the car. They even arranged for and drove us to our rental car which we dropped off at Platinum at the end of the work and they took back.
