My battery was dead, I brought a new one with me and Armando installed it for me for no charge. Any time I need transmission work, I will go back to Mike at AAMCO Cathedral City.”

“Over the years our 2007 Vibe suffered more than it probably needed to: lots of dents and dings (by us and others) a damaged rear bumper, scraped up rear view mirror cover, partially broken plastic compound tail light cover - the list goes on.
We had some money saved and decided she needed a makeover and Platinum came highly recommended from our mechanic.
Cassie was amazing, getting us set up and giving an estimate well within budget and somehow she managed to find a new bumper and tail light cover for an 18 year old car whose parts were long out of stock from conventional sources.
Juan and the team were amazing, and when they weren't satisfied the paint was absolutely perfect (this Vibe is a completely unique blue no one has ever seen) they kept her an extra couple of days to fix it - and gave us a discount from our estimate. A lot of extras were given without charge as well like cleaning out the foggy head lights and detailing the car. They even arranged for and drove us to our rental car which we dropped off at Platinum at the end of the work and they took back.
The result: a beautiful, new appearing car ready to run another 18 years! We can't recommend Platinum highly enough if you want superlative, meticulous, professional service. Give Cassie a call! You'll be glad you did.”

“Brought my truck to 4V Auto Tech after another local chain shop had misdiagnosed the problem and charged me nearly $3k for repairs that failed to fix the issues. Christian was able to schedule me in quickly, and immediately assessed it was the timing chain. A major job that required engine removal, but Christian kept me informed throughout, and I had my truck back within a week. When he heard I was planning to sell it, Christian even put me in touch with another customer who ended up purchasing my truck. “I was referred by the RV shop nearby to get a brake controller and 7-pin connector installed. I was nervous because I have a Ford Maverick which aren't super common for towing and I was having an issue finding someone who was willing to do it. Dave was super helpful and reassuring, he gave me an honest estimate and the work looks great. The turn around was quick, I had my truck back 24 hours later!”
