“When there was a line at Budget with 50 people waiting and only two agents feeding the line, we looked around at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, and found ACE Car Rental. We did not have a reservation thus we didn't have high hopes of getting a car. And though I cannot remember the gentleman's name at the desk, he was kind, considerate, patient, and most of all, he didn't try to upsell us. He asked if we wanted any extras and I did say I wanted Liability. We left the airport in a very nice Nissan Rouge with a total bill of nearly $150 less than Budget. Returning the car to ACE was a snap. I believe the man who did inspect the car was named Travis. He was likewise kind and personable. We will definitely use ACE again on our next visit to Dallas.”

“Hertz car rental has been really good to me they’re fast efficient their cars are great they’re near all the autobody shops lol and they answer their phone personally I think they’re great. My insurance company recommended them so that’s what I use”
