“Miguel Lopez took great care of me, even when I had trouble driving the car assigned and even though the office had just closed when I realized the car I picked was not a good match for me.
I am so grateful to him! It was a stressful day with my own car breaking down and needing to be towed. I just wanted to get home safely to my family 1.5 hours away and needed a car I could rely on until mine was fixed.
These days it feels rare to get great customer service, and I am so appreciative of Miguel at Enterprise Palm Desert. He went above and beyond. I would definitely rent from you all again! Thank you! : )
PS: The branch manager Long Chau (and the gentleman working with him at the desk) was also very helpful and friendly when I returned the car! : )”
“I have been a customer of Avis since 2003. Mike at the Hovely location in Palm Desert, Ca was always amazing. He always had amazing vehicles for me making sure l would be safe on the road to Cal State San Bernardino, Ca as l was obtaining my teaching credential. I feel like he was a part of my success when l graduated.
I picked up a hybrid rental Friday and wasn’t familiar with this type of vehicle. I returned the next day and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing in explaining how hybrid, E vehicles work.
I love the Hovely location in Palm Desert, Ca because it’s a smaller location but they make you feel like you are getting the Midas touch versus the airport locations which deal with so many customers it feels impersonal. Check out this location if you want the best. Even their printer is amazing😊”
“I have rented several times from the Hertz rental location at the Marriott in Palm desert on Country Club Dr. I've always been treated so well and the staff are wonderful”
“Had a quick, easy pick up yesterday. Booked thru Priceline for the day and got a brand new Subaru with a sunroof! The guy at the desk was friendly at efficient. I will rent from here again.”

“They were so accommodating. My plans had changed and I had a reservation with a different rental. They charged me fifty dollars to cancel. I am an Enterprise customer from now on!”
