“My partner and I had such a lovely experience concerning our previous stay; the ambiance, food/drinks, and hospitality were superior. Before booking our second visit, I called the front desk/reception to ask a clarifying question, Paul received the call and was such a delight! Especially considering the call was received approximately @10:45pm. Paul was transparent, genial, personable and professional. The phone call alone inspired me to absolutely book a room in the immediate future. Kindness and patience go a long way and this establishment has a gem/keeper; thanks Paul for making my night !!!!”

“Just a great little place to stay. Easy to navigate. The pool/ Cuzzi was close to the room. Breakfast included, that saves a lot these days. Comfy beds and pillows. Our room had an odor from the previous guests I suspect, but it was clean. Nice complimentary bath products, good coffee and espresso machine in the lobby.”

“This is a great location. Next to the Cimarron golf course. Breakfast, lunch, and happy hour at the Cimarron have been very good and a short walk away.Rooms: We stayed in a studio. We have everything needed here. I would recommend asking for a room with a Courtside view.”

“Came here for Business for a couple nights. I must say there are very mixed reviews, I personally had a great stay and not sure why some of the tough reviews. The Hotel and grounds are very nice, the staff was great, Ulysses made sure I had a nice room with a view and check it on the Hilton app is always so easy. They have a Top Golf Swing suite here, a great bar and plenty of parking. Although not secured parking in a garage, just an open lot. They have a great gym for a Hotel, much better than many I have been to and I was super happy as I always like to work out while traveling. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. The main portion of the rooms as well as part of the bathrooms have been updated. I do agree with some of the other reviews that they need to update their bathtub area, tile, etc. & the toilet does seem a bit low, but nothing that was so bad to drive down my review as the stay was very enjoyable. The rooms have big balconies that you can sit out on and enjoy the view of the pond and the golf course, very nice. Although they should update the upholstery on the chairs, but again, not something that really bothered me too much. Just if they did update those few things it would be a top tier resort. Still giving it 5 stars overall for the experience, staff, Hotel, view, the Bar, Top Golf Suite, the remodeled areas, their awesome gym, etc. Thank you. Enjoy!”

“This is the worst location in the valley alone . Better off going to the travelodge miles down . Place is ran down and does not look like its pictures idk who the manager guy in the front but needs too look in the mirror and realize he not running no ”
