“Super cute place! My room was nice and very thematic. The pool was clean and very needed in the insane heat. The staff were super nice too.
I had a great stay and I'd love to come again!”
“We discovered this wonderful place in Palm Desert and we are absolutely delighted with everything! The facilities are fantastic, the rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of space, the decor is beautiful vintage, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the hostess is simply brilliant, attentive, friendly, and thoughtful! The relaxing pool is important to me, as is breakfast in a hotel, and it was like having breakfast at home. Super cozy and with everything you needed to start the day! We stayed for the Coachella festival and were very happy! We will definitely return, and don't hesitate to stop by this beautiful house!”
“2 ND night here tonight. Staff is marvelous and really helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable and well supplied. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends, family or to stay here again.”

“Beariful surroundings, mam made small decorative lake, the grounds well taken care off. They also have flamingos roaming.
The hotel look nice , nice lobbies, pools, many different nooks to hangout in.
My gripe ia with rooms. They feel a bit run down and not as clean. For the price you are paying this shoukd be top quality, but does not feel like it.”

“The room is basic, but it's got all you need. Like the other review, the AC was loud...but the staff made up for it. They were all friendly and helpful. Especially the lady in the breakfast bar! My daughter spilled the cereal and she was so understanding and even cleaned it with a smile :)”
“I give this property 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Christian at the front desk recognized us from a previous stay and handled all our requests with professionalism and care. Javier also greeted us with an outstanding smile and warm welcome, and Gabriella was equally friendly and helpful.
A special thank you to Rosa, our housekeeper, who looked after us throughout our week-long stay. She was always attentive and cheerful, making sure we had everything we needed.
The two ladies working the breakfast area were wonderful, always serving with a smile and checking in to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Despite the busy 4th of July holiday, they kept the breakfast area well-stocked with fresh coffee and delicious food.
Kudos to the entire staff, including those who maintained the pool and kept the property clean and tidy.
And last but certainly not least, a big thank you to the General Manager for leading such a fantastic team. We’ll definitely be back, thank you for the outstanding service!
Best,
Linard”
“Absolutely Love my mother's birthday vacation staying at, Best Western Plus Palm desert resort the food was amazing. The hash brown and sausages were cooked. The yogurt cup was amazing and versatile with the toppings the suties were comfortable and cozy and staff were friendly and helpful and nearby palms springs. Definitely would come here again”
“My husband and I have stayed here twice (jasmine court) in February for a weekend getaway.
We absolutely love it. The first time we stayed in building 6300 our room was on the second floor over looking the pool, the balconies are all spacious with a table, 4 chairs and lounge chair, the room was incredibly spacious, very large bathroom, all the kitchen appliances needed ( toaster, blender, microwave, etc)
The second time we were in building 7300 across from the pool, overlooking the golf course. It was nice but prefer over looking the pool. The room was exactly the same, same layout, same amenities which was nice.
The pool is huge, 2 jacuzzi, plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, shade and tables under a shaded area. We noticed both times there we no kids so it was so quiet, relaxing, peaceful maybe ALL the kiddies are at the main pool.
The staff is always so friendly, always greeted you no matter what time of day with a smile.
If you have kids you probably won't like Jasmine Court. I feel like you either LOVE it for the peacefulness, not much going on at jasmine court or HATE it for the lack of.... :)”

“This property seems a lot bigger than the other Marriott property's in the palm springs area. Rooms are decent. Pool areas seem to have more activities then the other property's. Golf course is really noce.”

“Check-in was very easy. The staff was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit . I prefer upstairs because there isn't any stomping on your head. And that's anywhere. The unit was clean. There were a couple of minor issues. The dishwasher bottom rack was all janky. It didn't roll well. Also, the toilet. in the hallway bathroom kept running. I called and reported it. They sent someone to fix it. It started back up the next day. They sent someone out again. This time, the issue was cleared for good. There are 3 pools. 1 is adults only. A couple of the pillows needed to be replaced, which I'm sure they would have done if we had asked. The grounds were well maintained. There is a gym with the basics. They also have tennis courts. There is a game room and they show movies in the afternoon. We were still able to get a DVD player for our unit. You also have access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, and Roku.”
“We stopped at this charming hotel driving home from Los Angeles to Arizona. The lobby is very lovely and the room was pretty and also quiet. Breakfast was decent and all in all it was a great stopover after our evening in Los Angeles.”

“My wife and son stayed at the Marriott Shadow Ridge for 4 nights for New Years between 12/30/2025 and 1/3/2026. We had stayed here back in 2019 and had a really good time. Unfortunately since COVID, they had made some changes which I feel made this resort less desirable, mainly that they converted the movie theater area into a multi-use area. The theater is moved to the room where they had an area with video games. They also stopped showing multiple movies throughout the day, now just 1 kids movies vie during the daytime at the theater and another movie in the evening at the Snakebite pool. They do still offer plenty of daily activities for both adults and kids. All the pool areas were well maintained. There are plenty of people playing pickle ball at the converted tennis courts. They did leave a couple tennis courts for tennis use only. The staff at the Chuckwalla Bar and Grill were super friendly and provided great service. The staff at the front desk were very nice and efficient with check-in and check-out. We chose not to participate in the owner update/timeshare presentation on this trip and they weren’t pushy about it. The concierge allowed use to convert some soon to expire club points into resort credit, so that was a nice option versus letting our points expire. We stayed in the smaller side of the 2 bedroom lock-off, but unfortunately the neighbor on the larger side were really loud throughout most of our stay as the door between us did not block much sound. They really need to put some sore of sound deadening insulation between the lock-off doors and hen they are split units to block sound. Overall, we had a pleasant stay other than the noisy neighbors. Now that our kids are older (18 & 13 year olds), we probably won’t come here anymore as this resort is best for people with younger kids (under 12 years old). The J.W. Marriott Desert Springs is better for adult stays. The Westin Desert Willows (where we own) and Westin Mission Hills are other options in the Marriott system. The Shadow Ridge is fairly close to the freeway for easy on/off and is close to shopping such as Costco, Regal movie theater and restaurants next to the freeway.”
“Enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn in Palm Desert last year, so we're back!!!
Perfectly located between Indian Wells, Palm Desert and the rest of the desert communities.
Kitchen in my room, but again, breakfast in their lobby is a nice extra!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really enjoyed my stay at Motel 6 Palm Desert in room 125. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is ideal—close to restaurants, shopping, and all the beauty Palm Desert has to offer.
What stood out the most was the overall value. It’s affordable without sacrificing comfort, safety, or service. Everything felt easy, from parking to check-in, and I felt well taken care of during my time there.
I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend Motel 6 Palm Desert for anyone looking for a great place to stay at a great price!”
“Located next to the Desert Willow Golf Resort. Nice rooms. Had swimming pool, bar inside and located next to an Applebee's. Breakfast NOT included. Close to interstate 10.”
“Perfect location in the Coachella Valley for a golf or pleasure trip. All attractions and amenities within 30 minutes. Hotel is very nice, but not a resort with landscaping etc which we weren't looking for.”
“The hotel grounds are very nice and there are lots of fun activities available. The rooms need sprucing up but the beds are comfortable. My biggest complaint is that with the Hilton App you supposedly can choose a room in advance. On the last two visits when we went to check-in the rooms we had chosen were not available, at all! This creates disappointment from the get-go.”
“This is very nice hotel, good located.. and beer brewery across the street :) The only issue was the pool was closed for maintenance.. However the 2nd day they reopened the pool and manager also told us we can go to the pool of the hotel across the road..”
