“Hi, I just have to say, Diane was the absolute BEST!! she took such good care of me. I was upset with another at a different store, not Metro, trying to get a new phone. I decided to go to my Metro Pcs and not only did Diane hook me up with exactly what I was wanting but she made the whole process BETTER!! I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much for helping me!! Diane deserves a big fat RAISE. not only did she help me, but because of her I'm still a long time customer. and will be for life.

“I wanted to add another line for my son. I called & the owner of the store handled it all over the phone since I couldn't get to the store. Payment for hooking it up & insurance. He waited for my son past closing time plus he gave my son a brand new phone & all it cost me was installation fee of $50.00 & $80.00 a month for both lines unlimited. Good experiences!”
