“WOW!! We spent two hours at the AT&T store in Palm Springs with Sonia and Carlos! I came in for an apple watch, and my husband ended up getting one as well. Sonia and Carlos were awesome and helped us walk through the setup and all the features. We didn't leave until we knew the watch and all the app functions. This is our first apple watch and we love it so far!

“Christy and Brian were incredibly helpful! Great customer service. Called in advance and Christy answered all of my questions. Found the phone I wanted in their back room (just arrived). Went to the store and was greeted by Brian who is incredibly knowledgeable about the plans and phones. After signing up and getting our phones, Brian set them up for us. He took a lot of time, without making us feel rushed. I have never seen someone who knows the setup process as well and can do it as fast. His fingers were lightning on the screen, and he immediately found ways around minor setup issues.”
“Ordered my Internet kit online for pick up in store. They have a kiosk when you walk in to add your name to those waiting in line and a big screen that shows where you are in the queue & how many are in front of you. It says it will send you a text when it's your turn but there was only 1 other customer there when I went and someone helped me after only a couple minutes so I wasn't there long enough to find out if that works.
Pick up for the kit was quick and easy. All in all a good experience so far.”

“I came into this Verizon near closing time and had the occasions interact with Mike. The customer service representative. He was the only representative in the store and appeared to be managing multiple tasks at one time while still effectively assisting customers at a level that should be an example to other employees. I hope that management will recognize Mike for his dedicated and outstanding customer service at this Verizon. Mike is definitely an asset to the Verizon team.”
