“We used this Fed Ex office on Wilshire Blvd to ground ship my son’s moving boxes back to Texas. Ted not only made this process as easy as possible for us, but he also came in on a Saturday and opened up just for us to drop the boxes off. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure to give me the best deal and was very patient with all my questions. He was amazing! If I lived in Los Angeles I would be a loyal customer of this Fed Ex office for life!!

He thinks through the unique qualities and challenges of every item he ships and what kind of specialized packaging will be needed to ensure it arrives in one piece. I went to him with some delicate ceramic bowls for my business, and he quickly determined the right way to wrap, stack, and pad the items in a custom cut box so that they traveled to their destination without a single chip or issue.
We had some mix ups in the recipient address, which Bijan was able to point out and correct before the package was sent out. Throughout the process Bijan kept me updated over text.

“So, I'm giving this place 5 stars purely on how helpful the people working there are. I feel a bit like I ended up at an odd FedEx, this one is inside of one of the towers in century city (I sort of apprehensively walked in unsure of if I was even going to find the business I was looking for). They don't have a comprehensive store there by any means, but the staff was so ridiculously helpful! I asked if they sold stamps, they don't... but she just gave me one of her personal ones so I could mail a letter off once I found an outgoing mail box. Amazing! I went in hoping to do a billion things, only got one done but the customer service was so great I didn't even notice.”
