Initially, we visited the store to purchase a propane stove, but we returned due to a faulty unit. The owner was exceptionally polite and not only refunded our money but also inspected our damaged unit. After identifying the minor issue, he did not charge us any additional fees.”
“This is probably my favorite Harbor Freight in the area. Not only is everything tidy and organized, the staff is so amazing that they might be on a motivational drug. The half a dozen times I've been there, DaMondrick knew the store and procedures like a vet (New store pain doesn't exist here). As detailed and quick as he is, I thought they might have a good management team. It turns out, he is a manager and leads by great example. Special shout out to Carlos who went out of his way to find me in line to get the parts that I thought was sold out.”
“I believe Sarah was the cashier who assisted me a couple of nights ago. Oh my gosh, what a delightful woman! She had longish blonde hair, I believe. When I asked her how long she had been working there, I remember her saying somewhere around 7 years? I was pretty tired so I don't remember the details. To be honest, I always get very good service at Harbor Freight, but my experience with this super friendly, bubbly lady was really over the top awesome! Give that woman a raise!”

“Shout out to Turlock store manager Garth. WOW! Great customer service. I had purchased a Bauer drywall sander several months ago and due to health issues wasn’t able to complete my job myself and had to pay someone to do it. I never had opened the package and Garth allowed me to return it applying it to my next purchase. In a retail world where customer service nowadays seems to be lacking a little Garth @ Harbor Freight Went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I've been going here mostly since 1998 and couldn't be happier. Good help with special orders or helping you find a part if they don't carry it. I have even bought many tools here. One of my favorites is the hydraulic knockout punch set.”
