“Alberto was absolutely incredible! He was quick to helping me! Kind and absolutely incredible at his job. He even went as far as to help keep my 2 yr old son busy with paper and markers and interacting while I had to deal with Verizon on the other end. Which was such an incredible help because I was having such a stressful time trying to get a working phone in my hands. He didn’t have to go above and beyond as he did and this location is lucky to have him! He really made my first experience at AT&T a memorable one and instantly solved my issue was very informative, personable and professional. “I went to look at phones today at this location as it was on my way home. I had amazing and honest customer service from Jennifer. She was very welcoming and listened to all of my needs. I walked away pleased with a new phone.
My only concern was that there was clearly mold on one of the walls thus giving this review 4 stars. Whoever owns the store is putting their worker at risk for health issues. Despite this, I would still come back for the customer service as long as I didn't have to stay in there long. Thank you again Jennifer ?”
