Accidental water dip into the kitchen sink with my 1gb pro max - brought it to the store and within two hours the battery (which was bulging) was out and all corrosion was cleaned up - new back (was cracked) and out the door at a very affordable price (less than a cheap phone) - nabil is a brilliant tech and eddie is a kind and generous business man. “I went to look at phones today at this location as it was on my way home. I had amazing and honest customer service from Jennifer. She was very welcoming and listened to all of my needs. I walked away pleased with a new phone.
My only concern was that there was clearly mold on one of the walls thus giving this review 4 stars. Whoever owns the store is putting their worker at risk for health issues. Despite this, I would still come back for the customer service as long as I didn't have to stay in there long. Thank you again Jennifer ?”
