“Cell Cycle Modesto is a top knotch business. They provide outstanding customer service, especially Aaron. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door. What sets him apart is that he’s always willing to answer his customers’ calls, no matter how busy he is, and he takes the time to make sure every question or concern is addressed. You never feel like you’re just another customer- he treats everyone with respect and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re taken care of before, during, and even after their purchase. That level of dedication is hard to find these days, and it’s the reason I highly recommend Cell Cycle Modesto to anyone looking for honest service and people who truly stand behind their customer.”

“Had a great experience at City Cell. The gentleman there was very welcoming and took care of everything for me from start to finish. He removed my old phone case, installed a new one, and put on a screen protector quickly and professionally. The prices were very affordable, the shop was super clean, and they offer all kinds of phone repairs and electronic services. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need anything for your phone or electronics — they’ll take good care of you.”

“Donovan helped me and he was awesome! He immediately wanted to help me with my situation. He is very good at understanding situations and he has very good problem solving skills. He should be the manager here. The manager, Lupita, seemed to try everything she could to not exchange my Apple Watch that I got at a different store but ultimately she let me. She could have been a more friendly and a more helpful demeanor would have been nice.”

Though the wait time was about an hour (which I didn’t mind) everything else was really great! The person who helped my family and I was Angela M. Angela M was the most sweetest and kindest ever, not to mention really funny! She was really easy to talk to and she was also very understanding. She's really outstanding!”

“Great costumer service and friendly workers. They where very helpful with making sure I left the store as a Happy Customer. If the wall plug for the phone charger was included with the charging cable and phone it would have got CRICKET store a Five Star REVIEW. I am still a HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thank you CRICKET for my NEW PHONE. My mother helped me get a SAMSUNG GALAXY A16 G5.”

“I went to look at phones today at this location as it was on my way home. I had amazing and honest customer service from Jennifer. She was very welcoming and listened to all of my needs. I walked away pleased with a new phone. My only concern was that there was clearly mold on one of the walls thus giving this review 4 stars. Whoever owns the store is putting their worker at risk for health issues. Despite this, I would still come back for the customer service as long as I didn't have to stay in there long. Thank you again Jennifer ?”

“Alberto was absolutely incredible! He was quick to helping me! Kind and absolutely incredible at his job. He even went as far as to help keep my 2 yr old son busy with paper and markers and interacting while I had to deal with Verizon on the other end. Which was such an incredible help because I was having such a stressful time trying to get a working phone in my hands. He didn’t have to go above and beyond as he did and this location is lucky to have him! He really made my first experience at AT&T a memorable one and instantly solved my issue was very informative, personable and professional. Best customer service I have received in a very very very long time.”
