“I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing. I usually email my projects to Stephanie. She always greets me with a smile. The staff is super friendly. Lawrence Tracy & Dimitri are always hard at work filling orders and no matter what I need they take the time to help me out. I usually go here for copies, print outs of various personal projects, faxes, etc. Pretty affordable too for big projects also!”

“Exceptional service. Employees are always kind and helpful. Had a run in with a strange third party website in their store on the photo machine. The employees quickly reached out to the owner who reached out to me and resolved the issue promptly. The owner then reached out to me via email with a very courteous and professional response. They were in no way responsible for the mix up, yet they took accountability and wanted to make it right. Mail depot went above and beyond to be of service, that seems to be rare these days.”

I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. “I am happy with the customer service that I got very friendly and help me out with what I needed but the only thing was that. I think they charge too much for a black and white copy from an email. I got charged $3.50 for just a copy that took them not even five seconds to print I will definitely go somewhere else to get a black-and-white copy”
