“My husband and I were so pleased with the extra-mile efforts of Rocio, as we explored sending a large, unusually sized package from California to Florida. Her friendly professionalism and energetic helpfulness brought us back two days later when we ready for the next step. Rocio recognized us when we entered (!); priced revised options for us; and exercised care to address our packing concerns. We also appreciated that she was politely attentive to other customers and staff, even as she meticulously and efficiently handled our needs. Rocio is a credit to your store, and we are grateful!”

“Luis from the Turlock store in the copy center went over and beyond printing our family photo which was enlarged to 24X36. I went to several online sites to assure I would be getting the best picture quality. I ended up at Staples mostly because I like to speak to a real person. I had to remove an object before printing so he shared the best way to do it without loosing high-resolution. Luckily I had the resource and it turned out better than I expected. Picture quality is perfect! Love to support our local businesses.”

“I have been shopping around for an outdoor sign and all I would get was manipulating quotes. Till one day this young man Peter walked into the salon to introduce himself and their business. Long story short, now I have a beautiful outdoor sign, with great quality, and affordable price. Above all, Lighthouse Creates is a business with professional and friendly and helpful and honest staff. I'm greatful for that and their work, and I definitely recommend them!!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Staples thanks to Mikayla! She was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to make sure I got the help I needed and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I have never been to this location and was amazed at how much the store has to offer! She explained all the services and even helped me score some goodies from the special bins in the back! Employees like Mikayla really make a difference. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Will be coming back.”

“Very nice Fed Ex Store. I dont have alot of good experiences with FedEx. Right when I walked in, a lady walked out to help me at the do it yourself kiosk. She did it all for me and even taped up my bag for me. I brought tape in to do it, and she insisted on doing it for me. So I woukd say great customer service here and there is quite a bit of free parking.”
