“Top notch service all around. As someone with flat feet, a store like this with awesome and knowledgeable staff is a godsend. I've been buying shoes based on looks my whole life, but when you get scanned and you have a profile to work with the staff will pull out a few different shoes that match your profile. They help you try them on, provide a sock if one is needed, and explain why that shoes is good, the difference between that one and another one that was picked for you, etc... The customer service was so top notch, I couldn't go somewhere else. I'll be back to buy more at this store because they really know what's best for your foot. Kudos to the FF Krew!”
“I ordered a Ralph Loren polo shirt for my husband to wear to his high school reunion. The color was obviously faded. I called the next day on Thursday at 5 am and spoke to Trisha in Massachusetts. She had a brand new shirt at the shop by 10:45 am on Saturday 08/09, the day of the reunion. I am so grateful to DXL and UPS for coming through for us!”

“I recently visited Shoes That Fit in McHenry Village (Modesto, California) to purchase my first pair of New Balance shoes for my plantar fasciitis. Erica was absolutely amazing! She gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced—not just at that store, but in McHenry Village overall.
She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about what I needed. She took the time to help me find the right fit and made sure I left with something that would truly support my feet. “Anything you want or need at this store for western wear. F they don’t have it in the store you can have it delivered to the store or to your home. Really helpful and nice staff inside the store. I love my boots. There is plenty of free and safe parking and ADA parking. The store is easy to locate in the Modesto Plaza Parkway. If you need your foot sized or have questions the staff is great. There is something for everyone in the family to get at this store. Their collection will f turquoise and silver jewelry is too much to choose from. Everything is simply adorable.”

“On December 12, 2024, at 4:49 PM, I visited this establishment to purchase shoes for my father's birthday. The young man and woman assisting me were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I do not recall their names, which is why I have included the specific date and time of my visit.
My father is older and has difficulty putting on shoes. The two employees assisted me in finding the perfect pair for him. Their excellent service and attention to my needs were greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!”
“I don't buy shoes that often and I have very weird feet. So shoe shopping is a challenge and quite frankly something I don't enjoy. After ordering several pairs of shoes on line that were all returned I knew I had to venture out and do it in person. I went to Royal Robbin's in McHenry Village as they always had a good selection of shoes. But to my dismay they no longer carry shoes. I was disappointed but the very nice woman who worked there directed me to Becks. After visit a shoe store in McHenry Village and finding zero I drove a short distant down the street to Becks. I told the clerk there that the last time I bought shoes was from The Shoe Box at the mall and they went out of business several years ago. The service was just how I like it. No pressure take your time and look around. She then scanned my feet and recommended inserts that were ones I already have so I knew that she knew her busy. After trying on a few pairs I came out with the perfect pair. I will return.”
“I loved the Boots and all the clothing they had. There is plenty to choose from and all the name brands like Ariat, Carhartt, and an outwest brand I had never heard of before, called Hawx. I had a great time here.”
“The salesperson Daniel was really nice and very helpful. He grabbed mine and my girlfriend’s shoe sizes and color that we wanted. We felt terrible about when he was tying our shoes to get a perfect fit. Then at the last minute, we decided on a different color. I felt like a jerk doing that to him, but I’m happy to say he did everything we asked for. He had a great attitude and he was really fast.”

I went in looking for Mexican huaraches, and found a lot of great choices! Prices were reasonable! I walked out with my huaraches, a dress and earrings! “We had such a wonderful experience! When we first walked in we were immediately welcomed by Jaselle. She was absolutely so sweet and patient. She took the time to measure my daughter's feet this is the first time she was actually measured for shoes and it was a wonderful experience. She then took my daughter over to the shoe wall and asked her what she was interested in looking at this made my little girl feel so good and excited. She was so patient and kind while my daughter tried on multiple pairs of shoes and without hesitation she would go back and get another pair if my daughter asked. I did not expect to buy more than one pair that wound up buying more than one because they are such great quality and the customer service was so excellent. The check out counter we were helped by Emma she was also so sweet and helpful as well! We will definitely be coming back here to get our shoes.”
