Smoke and fire in Riverside is a must! we ordered brisket fries and a brisket grilled cheese! My mother ordered brisket tacos and a smash burger. Everything was amazing! Adriana was so kind and helpful when answering questions about the menu! We will be back!

I only gave a 3 because the size selection was limited at the time of visit. Assistant manager who helped us was very knowledgeable and professional.
