“I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience today I really wanted to take the time to recognize Vicky L.E. She was absolutely amazing!
I originally went in just to get color matched for a foundation, and somehow she turned it into one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Nordstrom. She took her time with me and helped me find a foundation that actually worked for my skin, but she didn’t stop there. She showed me blushes and bronzers that complemented my skin tone and gave me so many little makeup tips along the way. I’m definitely not a makeup expert, so I genuinely appreciated how much she explained without ever making me feel overwhelmed or pressured to buy anything.
One thing I really loved was that she didn’t just stick to one brand. She walked around with me, showed me different products and brands, and really seemed to care about finding things that worked for ME rather than just trying to sell me something.
She even took me over to fragrances and introduced me to different scents and brands while explaining things about fragrance that I had never known before. I learned so much from her in just one visit!
I’ve been shopping at Nordstrom for years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had someone give me this level of customer service. Vicky was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I went in for a foundation and left with new products, new makeup tips, fragrance knowledge, and such a positive experience.
Vicky, if you happen to see this, THANK YOU! You made my day and made shopping feel fun instead of overwhelming. Nordstrom is very lucky to have you. I will definitely be looking for you the next time I come in! ❤”

“I went into the store for the first time today and I fell in love !!!!! I was shopping for an upcoming vacation and I found literally everything I needed here. Paola (I hope I got the name right) was sooooo helpful! At first I walked in just to glance and walk out, but after she suggested some items and I tried them on, I ended up buying multiple outfits ! With Paola being so friendly and helpful, and the clothes being so unique and cute, this is definitely my new favorite store!! Thank you!”
“Nordstrom Rack in Cerritos is a decent place to shop overall. You can find good deals if you take your time browsing, the staff is okay.
However, the selection of MAC products is very limited, which was a bit disappointing. I was hoping to see more variety in that section.
Overall, I’d give it 4 stars, good store, but could improve the beauty selection.”

“I had such a great experience at Spencer’s thanks to Sydney and Alexis! I was shopping for a very specific item for my friend’s bachelorette party and couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. Instead of brushing it off or telling me to check another location, both ladies went out of their way to help. They double-checked the inventory and even brought out the ladder to reach the very top shelf—turns out the item was in stock after all! Super helpful, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I got what I needed. Huge thanks to both of them for going above and beyond!”
“So I got a pair of shoes from my dad as a gift but the buckle broke after a couple of wears. I came to this location to exchange them and I’m not sure what his name was but he was able to help me exchange my shoes so easily even though I didn’t have my receipt anymore. Thank you for helping me that day and not turning me away to go back to the original store. My dad can’t walk for too long so I am very grateful we were able to get everything done at this store without going anywhere else. Thank you !!”

“Ross Dress for Less at 12731 Towne Center Dr, Cerritos, CA 90703 is a fantastic place to shop. The store is wide, spacious, and well-organized, with so many selections to choose from. The prices and deals are really awesome, making it easy to find great value on almost everything.
I truly believe everything you need is here—from clothes and apparel to luggage and even home items. The location is convenient, and there’s plenty of parking, which makes the whole shopping experience stress-free. Definitely worth coming back to again and again. Highly recommended! ⭐”

“WOW!! Let me start by saying I have not shopped at Express in a long time. But today I did have to go because my son needed a suit for a wedding. Since he s still a teenager and growing, I didn't want to go to a store with a high price ticket. I walked around for about ten minutes without a greeting or anyone offering to help me, which really upset me. I feel that the days of customer service are dying. That was until a gentleman came up and asked if there was anything he could help me out with. I told him Yes! I needed a suit for my son, and he replied, " Well, I am the right guy for the job. He asked for my name, introduced himself as Marlon, and said I will be helping out today. He then asked me what the occasion was and what size I needed. I told him I was unsure. I told Marlon my son was trying on a shirt in the fitting room. When he saw my son, he quickly grabbed a blue suit jacket and told him to try it on. It's your size. To my surprise, it was, and it fit perfectly. Marlon then explained the suit's details and why my son felt discomfort around the arm. I can say with all my confidence that no one has ever taken the time and care that he gave us regarding clothing. He could answer any questions or doubts I had and provide me with peace of mind. I walked into Express intending to buy a suit, only to be disappointed by the lack of attention these associates have. If it were not for Marlon assisting us and allowing us to feel welcomed and eager to help, I would not be here giving Express a five-star review. These are stars well earned by him, And I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a suit or excellent customer service to ask for Marlon! I sometimes shop at South Coast Plaza since it's closer, but Cerritos, you've earned a returning customer! PS. To the Cerritos store manager, please give Marlon a raise or promotion. He deserves it!”
