“Wow, I'm so surprised with all the negative reviews. I opened my accounts earlier this year and visited the bankers and tellers a couple of times each. “Perla is amazing. I am a new business client with major issues making deposits online, I was not told at the opening of limits in online deposits so I was very frustrated walked into a bank the old school way to make deposits. Ran into Perla at the teller station and thought it'd be just another deposit. Nope, she literally stopped to listen to my complaint and told me she would make a call in the morning to find out why I am limited in mobile banking. Today at 930a as she promised she called me back with a solution to help fix my problem. I absolutely am grateful b/c she is saving me a ton of headaches on business deposits. She is impressive as not just a teller but a US bank representative as her customer service is beyond expectation. She should teach others about what customer service is about. I vote she gets promoted asap as her potential is very high. I'd hire her myself if I could. Thank you Perla!”
“I came for my CD account. It was JOSEPH CARIASO who assisted me.
I am not a numbers guy, so I was accompanied by my niece to assist me. It was not necessary, after all, because Joseph was so patient and explained stuff in a way I understood. He is very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating to my queries. We did not in the least feel that he was hurrying us up. And of course, he is very knowledgeable.
Next time I come, I will ask for him. Though I am sure everyone in WF is as good.”

“Getting to this bank is frustrating, because of its location. I wasn't having a good start to my day with misplacing my credit card. Wasted time going to the cinema only to find out I didn't have money to pay lol lost my debit weeks prior. Ordered a new card but never came in. Lol so decided to just get cash. Great staff. Thank you security guy for opening door for me and my niece. and thanks to Angelique who works there. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. I let her know my ordeal and she was helpful. We talked a bit. She even suggested me to try some new things to make life easier bc im behind in many things. 5 stars for her.”
