It wasn’t too busy when I got in, but after a while there were a line of 10 people, so I guess it could get busy at times. The banker who helped me was professional, patient, and genuinely tried every possible option to assist. Unfortunately, due to internal coordination between departments, the request couldn’t be completed during my visit. Each attempt to reach the appropriate department led to another transfer, and after more than an hour, I had to leave.”

“Just wanted to make a comment about the remodel of this Branch... Quite spectacular! Used to be a big open bay type space with super high ceilings going all the way to the top... Now, a much more "cozy" space with low ceilings lined with office niches and nice line of teller windows. Really nice job of remodeling, both inside and out. Besides that, always friendly teller customer service...”
