“The only bank branch I've ever been to in which the employees are better than our account manager, customer relations manager, and regional managers. They are very high quality staff. Consistently warm and friendly is a great bonus, but they truly shine in how they quickly and efficiently resolve every diverse problem I've needed help with. Every other branch I've been to (including some Comerica branches, but also Bank of America, US Bank, and Chase) tries to pass the buck, not this one. Customer service like this is why we deal with our ~$500 monthly service fee for our larger business account. Adeva, the branch manager, is a wonderful asset and the reason we did not take up an attractive offer to switch to Chase.”

“I came here to cash a check and update Zelle. The bankersare very friendly and welcoming. They were especially nice to me. You get very personalized service here. Then she gave me a pen with a rubber tip for my phone and a small zippered case about the size of a credit card. Anything negative? I don't live nearby.”

“On Tuesday my daughter and granddaughter and i enjoyed a very informative appointment with Peter Ibrahim,Our initial intent was to open several savings accounts which he cared for very professionally but in addition he provided Important financial information related to the 13 checking and savings accounts I have and due to his input I intend to transfer funds into the Bank of America 12 month promotional rate account. Peter also possesses a very friendly but professional attitude and he is a definite positive asset for your branch!!!!! I have been a customer of Bank of America since 1955 when my wife was employed as a Bank of America employee in the downtown Los Angeles branch assigned to the trust department! Ron Kington”
