“Was very happy that Michelle was able to take ample time and answer all our questions. She didn't leave us with unanswered questions. She even called us after they closed to make sure they everything was working out for us after we have left. Will more than definitely be going back to see Michelle if I have any additional banking needs.”

“Great bank! Downfall is I get to many fraud and yall like to cancel my card IMMEDIATELY especially during urgent times. There’s need to be a way where we customers can receive a digital card without going inside of the franchise. But overall I love the bank! I appreciate the fraud alerts.”

“This location is amazing. Every person at this branch is kind, friendly, and proficient at their job. There is one newer person in particular that stands out. She is "new" and on her ''probationary period". I look forward to going to this branch.”

“Service was great. Three people helped little old me with my various questions. When one person didn't know an answer they all wanted to learn what it was. The branch is small but it doesn't matter, it gets the job done. Plenty of accessible and easy parking. Been banking with these guys for three decades and I just learned of this location!”

“I have never reviewed a bank but I simply must because it was the second wonderful and helpful experience I had with the ever so kind and professional Emily Strickland. I went in for something I expected some push back about, but was met with more help than I even deserved! I won't go into detail, but just say that I am very happy with the customer service I received from this 5 star chase employee! Thank you!”

“One of their bankers, Jennifer was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding beneficially matters. I really appreciated her patience while I was in this branch. She was great! As far as clearing check goes, although my account was out of state, most of checks (including large amount) that I deposited into my account were cleared by the following day and at the longest one, it took 2~3days. I believed that this was because of age of my account. It was over 25 years. Also, even my account has a bit benefit due to this reason, whenever I deposit a check to my account through a teller, I always ask her/him for a funding schedule like how much would be immediately available, and thereafter so that I know exactly how much I can use by when.”

“I have been to this bank a few times recently and have always been greeted in such a pleasant way. The customer service provided is always great also, I usually don't have to wait in huge lines either, I am in and out in no time every time I have been here. There is a manager by the name of Saima I believe that even came out to ensure I was happy with the service and that made me happy. Thank you for the great service Wells Fargo.”
