“Maybe I'm just used to low end gas stations, but this gas station is one of my favorites. It always looks clean, I really like the sparkly pavement, and the mini mart part has a unique look. The prices per gallon are definitely higher than other nearby Chevrons/gas stations, but I rarely see unsavory people just loitering outside. Customer service inside can be less than friendly, but if you're only gonna pay at the pump, it's not an issue.”

“CVS Cerritos at south street CA has some nice people at the pharmacy section specially Joseph who is an asset to CVS for his polite, friendly and professional approach to your customer. Not only to me but also to the rest of the customer he is helping. \nYou have an employee name Lillian, working at the front counter. She is very unpolite, unfriendly, has an attitude when talking to customer and not helpful. She will not guide the customer if we can not find the item we need. This is the 3rd time I mentioned on my Survey with CVS but nothing really change. Lastly, Several times I called, it always took 8 to 10 minutes to be answered by people in your pharmacy. Maybe you need to add an employee at the pharmacy section. Sometimes, just because I am checking what's the status of my prescription drug, I have to go personally to your store to see your pharmacy person. What a waste of time !!!!”
“For months my mother and I have been impressed with the customer service and how genuinely nice and kind all the employees and management are at this Chevron. The employees Tonya, Chris, Yvonne, Brenda, Lizette and all the other employees are courteous, caring and polite. My mom and I think this is one of the nicest gas stations we've ever found.”
