My son wasn't able to try on a sweater. Then I asked if we were able to return the sweater of it didn't fit. The answer was no.Seems ridiculous to purchase something without trying it on and not be able to return the merchandise. Definitely not coming here again.

Bought a hat here and picked it up in store. It didn’t fit well and I went to return it and they refused to refund me in the store because I paid via pay pal( a service THEY offer). They had me ship it back to Ohio and then charged me $7 for shipping. For big companies like pac sun, shipping probably costs them $2-3.

Some workers were really rude. At the fitting room, the worker there kept on glaring at me and when my friend wanted to see how the pants looked on me she rudely said only one person was allowed inside, which was a very d*** rule. Other than that the clothes were nice and cute.
