“Highly recommend this location for passport services! The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain the entire process for getting my documents back in detail, which I really appreciated. In and out only took less than 10 minutes and the line is not long.
I had a disappointing experience at another location where my appointment was canceled even though I had one scheduled. In contrast, the service here was smooth and professional. I will definitely return to this location for any future passport-related services.”
“It's a very good post office, if there weren't so many people it's a 5 star post office. Nice, knowledgeable staff who always get my mail out where it needs when it needs to be out. Diligent about clearing out the drop boxes regularly, and good at giving tips.
But it's just so busy! You'd spend longer driving to any other post office than waiting in the line, sure, but it's a hassle if you need to stand in line.”

“Best service I’ve ever experienced at a USPS. Just keep in mind their hours and that they close for a lunch break from 1-2. I’ve never experienced a long line and the clerk is always super friendly and personable. They also scan packages unlike some other USPS locations for accurate and faster tracking.”

I had about 150 wedding invites to send and really wanted them hand canceled to preserve the look of the envelope when it reaches our guests, and he was more than happy to hand cancel them for me. “I rarely come to the Cypress Post Office because it’s generally pretty busy, but I came in today to renew my passport and had a really positive experience.
From the moment I walked in, I noticed how welcoming and friendly the postal workers were with their customers. Even though the Post Office was busy, the staff maintained a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Novi (I hope I got her name right!), and she was amazing. She had a great sense of humor, was extremely helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout my passport renewal process.
Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and Novi definitely deserves the recognition. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

“Edited from 3 to 5 stars I don't know what happened, but this post office got way better from what it was last year. Nearly all my letter have been delivered from this place. Employees are helpful, just make sure you don't go in during busy hours and you should be in and out quick.”

I had 2 packages that were missing- delivered to a different address and he was able to locate them and get them to me. Dan really went above and beyond and had a very friendly demeanor. Thank you so much. The packages might not have been very expensive but they were sentimental.”

“Good service. Kris helped us out as walk-ins for passports (we got lucky the office was not busy). He was courteous, walked us through the process and took our picture. We were done in a few minutes.
This office was clean and looked cared after. It was worth driving a few minutes out from Downey. If you need to do a passport walk in or schedule soon, go to this office they do walk-ins M-F, Downey does them only Thursdays. When I looked at the website this office had opened appointments with in 3 business days but Downey office was like 2 weeks out.”
“I always go to this USPS! They’re close to my house and always super nice and helpful. There’s usually one or two workers behind the desk at a time and even though it’s a small location, they do what they can to move things along. I’ve been to other locations that aren’t as accommodating or pleasant as this one, so I always come back.”
“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”

“This is my local post office and have always had a good experience. I do see the sign on the door regarding being closed at lunch and have been lucky that I have never showed up at that time. All the times I have come service has been quick and the workers polite. Here are the latest posted hours for collection times if you want to drop something off in the box, even if the main mailroom is closed.”
“This isn't my closest post office, but it's the one capable of handling larger shipments so I have to use this location often. A lot of times when I visit any postpost office, the clerk is never in the greatest mood, but there's one lady at this location that is an exception. She is a younger lady (clerk #55?) and I'll let customers bypass me in line just to be able to wait for her to assist me as she is so kind and helpful. She makes the experience a very pleasant one because of her outstanding customer service. I hope the manager at this location reads this and knows that this young lady is always there to help customers with a smile, and we truly appreciate it very much.”

White guy bent over backwards to make sure the customers there are satisfied”
“The USPS at 10440 Beach Blvd, Stanton, CA 90680 deserves a solid 5 stars! The place is always clean, and the staff are very helpful and professional. This is where we processed our baby’s passport, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for excellent service and organization!”

“I had a positive experience replacing my lost passport. The woman completing the process for me was so kind and polite.
As a walk-in, without an appointment, I appreciate the patience of the USPS employee. She does require support with the queue as there are many walk-ins plus those with an appointment.
I’ve giving a five star as the individual helping me was amazing, she made me laugh and all - made me feel as if I wasn’t at the USPS office.”

“Yes, they do close for lunch from 12:30-1:30 and yes, that should be posted on this page in big block letters! People should be aware that this is a small local branch in Old Town, so yes, there is typically only one person at the counter (occasionally a worker in back). There’s a big main branch less than two miles up Seal Beach Blvd if you’re worried about lines during the holidays (or you’re like, driving). Otherwise for those of us who are just walking over to mail a package, access a box, or send something certified mail, this place is friendly, helpful, quick, and super convenient.”
“I don’t know why this location doesn’t have great reviews I went in for my passport… And I was assisted immediately by Alina. She was so kind ..so awesome and I was literally out of there in like 20 minutes… It was my first time for the passport process and she made it so smooth. Definitely recommend this place for anything and everything post related.!!”
