Wells fargo is going down hill. They closed the one in lakewood and now the only wells fargo bank has ONE teller working the front desk and a long line. The irony is how many employees are not assisting customers and ignoring the line.Good job wells fargo on your hiring ability.

Fees/penalty-hungry bank, hard to reach a customer service agent, poor automated phone services, .... I'm better off having no bank with such poor service!

There is always a big long line for Telly but only 2 counters are open. This is not just some time. It’s always like that. Tellys are so so slow. It at least takes an hour for your turn. No customer service. Always disappointing.
