Welcome to Wells Fargo. 18 people in line (10 in front me and 8 behind) and one teller. Managers mentally checked out behind the glass and account reps behind empty cubicles staring at computers. Customer service has gone out the window.

Horrible experience. No wonder this place has avg 2 star rating. Been banking with Wells for almost 15 years now but it's time for change!

Avoid this branch at all cost. Unless you have 1 hour of your time to waste. They had 4 tellers on the first of the month, which I was surprised about. But of course they closed one window and only had 3 tellers available for a line of 15 people and growing. Wells Fargo needs to do better.
